Weighing in at approximately 12-12.5kg, the following cuts are available –2 Shanks, 9 Frenched Cutlets or the Rack, Mid Loin Chops (approximately 10pc dependent on thickness, Spanish Neck Cutlets – aka BBQ Cutlets (from Shoulder which can be used for slow braising), Lamb Riblets/Briskets, Leg of Lamb – can be cut. Soup Bones & Lamb Fat/Dripping for cooking. Lamb Mince and/or Sausages can be included but please note that this would mean you would not receive some of the other cuts noted above- Please specify in notes section when checking out.
NOTE: This is a deposit only, with the final payment made upon collection when end weight is calculated.
