• Weighing in at approximately 60kg, this prime cut of Organic beef is hung and then cut and packed *FRESH* – not frozen.  Purchase for yourself or share with a group of friends or family. **
• We butcher on site.
• The Forequarter includes premium steaks, slow braised cuts, Paleo Beef Sausages and made to order mince (you choose the fat content), Bones for broth making and Fat for Tallow Making.

**Your Forequarter may be divided into packs for sharing* – but Pack quantities are only available in *packs of 4/3/2 of Forequarter Cuts, that are made up of *equal values (kgs) of steaks, slow braised cuts, Paleo Beef Sausages, Mince, Bones & Fat.

*PACKS OF 4/3/2 : This means that the entire forequarter after it is butchered on site can be split 4, 3 or 2 ways -e.g. if the entire forequarter weighs in at 50 kg, a 4 pack would mean each pack would include 12.5kg of forequarter cuts in total i.e. 2kg Paleo Beef Sausages, 1kg Mince, 2kg Scotch, 2kg Osso Bucco etc- totalling 12.5kg for each pack.  A 2 pack would include 25kg of cuts per pack, and a 3 pack would include 16.66kg per pack.  As the final payment is based on the final weight, you only pay for what you get- minus the deposit.

*Equal Values mean the equal split in kgs as noted in the explanation above.
