Lazy Green Keto Chicken Curry Soup: Add 1.5 Tbsp of Mekhala Green curry Paste to one can of full fat Coconut Milk & Simmer until you see the fat from the Coconut separate. Add diced/cubed eggplant until soft and then add 1 Chicken Breast – diced or stripped (or ask us if you don’t want to get your hands dirty!).  Simmer until the Chicken is cooked. Add 1 Tub of Pasture Raised Chicken Broth, fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon for a delicious Green Curry Soup.
