Since 1989
Owner Tyron has been butchering since 1989 and loves the community feel that small business brings.
These days he has a lot less hair and a lot more flair (if he does say so himself!). The road to a healthier eating journey began in 2009 with the birth of Paddock + Farm and the business is now renowned for Preservative Free, Additive Free & Gluten Free products. The house smoked Bacon has a cult like following and the house Pate is almost as famous. Throw in the house Boudin Noir, the house Biltong and smokey Texas Burgers and you have a (healthy) foodies dream.
Foodie shoppers would probably be surprised to see house Hot Smoked Salmon and WA (Northwest) Barramundi share the fridge space alongside Organic Eggs, Organic Milk, Organic Cheeses and house made Mustards. We’re proud to say that we make our own Organic Cooking Fats like Tallow, Lard and Schmaltz. Our very own house blended spices and spice mixes (NO Preservatives or Gluten) round out the selection, and our produce tables are loaded up with in season certified Organic fruit and vegetables- perfect to build a well-balanced, healthy meal idea or two.
