Our kitchen pays homage to our meats. We cater to all dietary requirements, with GLUTEN FREE, LOW CARB and PALEO being our mainstay.
We’re about preservative free, slow food, delicious and nutritious food. 

Do you know where your meat comes from?  We do. We butcher on site. Our 30+ sqm cool room is where we hang our carcasses and our partnership with Dandaragan Organic Beef, The Organic & Biodynamic Co-Op, Organic Pork Farmer D Boase of Little Earth Meats, Linley Valley Pork and Lilydale Free Range spans over 10 years.  Left handed and ambidextrous, butcher Tyron has butchered for over 30 years. We make our own sausages all of which are gluten free. Our Paleo compliant range of sausages and small goods are preservative free, gluten free, and made from Organic grass fed beef and lamb, Organic Biodynamic Pork and Free Range Chicken. For customers with gut issues, we make speciality batches of sausages – your choice, with a minimum 2kg order. Contact us for more information.

Kitchen Hours

  • Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays – Bookings Only. Dine in from 10.30am-2pm. NOTE: Bookings must be made at least 1 day before.
  • Saturdays BLACKBOARD MENU OF THE DAY– Dine in from 11am-3pm. Walk ins welcome. NOTE: This Saturday 15February, we are hosting a Lunch and Learn event and consequently our kitchen will be closed on this day.
